Regenerated flow-state backfill material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a regenerated flow-state backfill material and a preparation method, and particularly relates to the technical field of construction waste recycling treatment. The regenerated flow-state backfill material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 100 parts of cement, 40 to 80 parts of fly ash, 1300 to 1500 parts of redundant soil and 250 to 350 parts of water, wherein the cement is replaced by the aerated concrete micro powder according to 0-30% of the weight of the cement; and replacing the redundant soil with the recycled aggregate according to 0-100% of the weight of the redundant soil. According to the regenerated flow-state backfill material, the production cost is reduced in the mode that the aerated concrete micro powder is adopted to replace part of the cementing material for doping; and meanwhile, the particle size distribution of the base material is adjusted in a mode of co-doping the recycled aggregate in the construction waste and redundant soil, and a skeleton structure is built, so that the strength of the recycled flow-state backfill material is improved. The regenerated flow-state backfill material is good in flowability and workability, and the 28d compressive strength can reach 0.4 MPa to 1.2 MPa.
本发明提供一种再生流态回填材料及制备方法,具体涉及建筑垃圾回收处理技术领域。该再生流态回填材料包括按重量份数计的如下组分:水泥50份‑100份,粉煤灰40份‑80份,冗余土1300份‑1500份和水250份‑350份;其中,使用加气混凝土微粉按照水泥重量的0%‑30%替代水泥;使用再生骨料按照冗余土重量的0%‑100%替代冗余土。该再生流态回填材料,采用加气混凝土微粉替代部分胶凝材料掺加的方式降低生产成本;同时将建筑垃圾中的再生骨料与冗余土复掺方式调节基料粒径分布,搭建骨架结构,从而提高再生流态回填材料的强度。该再生流态回填材料流动性好,和易性好,28d抗压强度可达0.4MPa‑1.2MPa。
