Matched first nuts are arranged at the lower ends of the two first bolts, buffer pads are arranged on the side walls of the upper ends of the two mounting blocks and the side wall of the lower end of the bridge body, rigid springs are fixedly connected to the side walls of the two buffer pads, and the first bolts are sleeved with the two rigid springs. The output shaft of the three-phase asynchronous motor drives the first gear to rotate, the first gear is simultaneously engaged with the three second gears to rotate, and the three second gears are simultaneously engaged with the inner gear ring to rotate, so that multi-stage speed change is realized, and when the position of the bridge main body needs to be adjusted, the adjustment angle is not influenced due to overhigh rotation speed; the position of the bridge body can be integrally adjusted conveniently, and convenience is provided for transporting the bridge body.
本发明公开了一种装配式钢混组合桥梁及其组装设备,包括两个桥柱和桥梁主体,两个所述桥柱上端均固定连接安装块,两个所述安装块均开设贯穿孔,所述桥梁主体下端均设置与贯穿孔匹配的第一螺栓,两组所述第一螺栓下端均设置匹配的第一螺母,两个所述安装块上端侧壁与桥梁主体下端侧壁均设置缓冲垫,两组所述缓冲垫侧壁均固定连接刚性弹簧,两组所述刚性弹簧均套设在第一螺栓上。本发明在三相异步电机输出轴带动第一齿轮旋转,第一齿轮同时啮合三个第二齿轮旋转,三个第二齿轮同时啮合内齿环旋转,实现了多级变速,在需要将桥梁主体调整位置时,不会因为旋转速度过大,影响调整角度,方便整体调整桥梁主体位置,为运输桥梁主体提供便利。
