A hydraulic valve is installed at the joint of the annular main pipeline and the drainage branch pipe, the annular main pipeline is connected with the water pump system through a flange, the water pump system is composed of a high-power submersible pump and an electric valve, and the flange is sleeved with a hydraulic oil cylinder. The method has the advantages that prefabrication is convenient, the method is suitable for batch production of composite tower barrels of different sizes, and barrel type foundation leveling in the sinking process can be achieved.
