The invention relates to a modular unit frame column-column connecting joint and a house building system thereof. The modular unit frame column-column connecting joint comprises two frame side columns, a connecting steel plate frame used for horizontally connecting the frame side columns and embedded parts used for longitudinally connecting the frame side columns. The connecting steel plate frame comprises a long steel plate strip, short steel plate strips welded to the two ends of the long steel plate strip and a plurality of steel plate pieces longitudinally welded to the long steel plate strip and the short steel plate strips. The steel plate pieces are provided with corresponding through holes facilitating steel bar penetrating. Notches are formed in the end faces of the frame side columns and are in a shape similar to a Chinese character'ao ', and through grooves facilitating penetrating of the steel plate pieces are formed in the opposite sides of the frame side columns; a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the frame side columns; the problems that existing fabricated building columns are connected in a mechanical sleeve connection mode, a bolt connection mode, a welding mode and the like, connection construction is complex, the manual operation amount is large, the manual operation difficulty is large, and the construction efficiency is low are solved.
