The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a connecting joint between a steel column and a frame concrete column and a connecting method.The connecting joint comprises the concrete column, embedded steel bars are arranged in the concrete column, the steel column is arranged on the outer side of the concrete column, and the steel column comprises a second straight section steel pipe; fastening modules which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the second straight section steel pipe in a penetrating manner, and the parts, arranged on the inner side of the second straight section steel pipe, of the fastening modules are pre-buried in the concrete column. The fastening module can enhance the connection firmness between the steel column and the concrete column; during construction, a nail head and a nail rod in the fastening module are pulled outwards, so that the nail head is attached to the inner wall of the second straight section steel pipe, and when the steel column covers the embedded steel bar, collision interference between the embedded steel bar and the fastening module is reduced; and through cooperation of the inner threaded sleeve and the threaded rod, the nail head and the nail rod can be conveniently fixed to the second straight section steel pipe, and therefore the nail rod does not need to be welded and fixed from the interior of the second straight section steel pipe.
