The invention relates to a connecting structure of a steel structure and a precast concrete plank.The connecting structure comprises a positioning block and a plurality of connecting plates, the positioning block is slidably connected with the steel structure in the length direction of the steel structure, a positioning groove matched with the positioning block in a clamped mode is formed in the precast concrete plank, and the adjacent connecting plates are rotationally connected; the connecting plates located at the two ends are rotationally connected with the positioning blocks, connecting grooves are formed in the side walls of the positioning grooves, the connecting plates can enter the connecting grooves, grouting holes are formed in the side walls of the connecting grooves, and first locking assemblies used for locking the sliding distance between the positioning blocks and the steel structure are arranged on the positioning blocks. A positioning block and a positioning groove are arranged, so that the purpose of conveniently connecting the steel structure and the precast concrete slab by a worker is achieved; and through arrangement of the connecting plates and the connecting grooves, the purpose of improving the connecting stability of the steel structure and the prefabricated concrete planks is further achieved.
