The invention discloses a steel bar truss floor support plate adopting a composite heat preservation and sound insulation material as a disassembly-free bottom die. The floor support plate comprises a disassembly-free bottom die made of a composite heat preservation and sound insulation material, a steel-plastic connecting piece and an upper steel bar truss. The disassembly-free bottom die is made of composite sandwich materials, the upper side and the lower side are glass fiber nets and polymer mortar layers, and the middle is made of light heat preservation and sound insulation materials. The disassembly-free bottom die is connected with the steel-plastic connecting piece through a screw, the screw upwards penetrates through the bottom die from the bottom of the disassembly-free bottom die and is connected with the steel-plastic connecting piece, and the steel-plastic connecting piece is connected with a wave trough of a truss web member through spot welding; each steel bar truss is provided with an upper chord member, two lower chord members and two web members, and in addition, support transverse ribs and support vertical ribs are further arranged at the ends of the trusses. After the floor support plate is installed in the structure, floor steel bars are bound on the upper portion of the floor support plate, then concrete is poured, and a floor is finally formed after concrete curing is completed. The invention has the following advantages: 1) the structure is simple and comprises three parts, namely the bottom die, the connecting piece and the truss; 2) the parts are all produced in a standardized and industrialized manner, and are small in specification and multiple in combination; (3) the bottom die is made of a composite heat-insulating and sound-insulating material, and the material of the bottom die is non-combustible or flame-resistant, so that the heat-insulating, sound-insulating and fireproof performance of the floor slab is obviously improved, and a building can reach the green building standard more easily; and (4) compared with a traditional metal bottom die steel bar truss floor support plate, the composite heat preservation and sound insulation material bottom die is made of a non-combustible or flame-retardant material, and good anti-corrosion and fireproof protection is provided for the truss.
本发明公开了一种采用复合保温隔声材料为免拆底模的钢筋桁架楼承板。楼承板包括采用复合保温隔声材料的免拆底模、钢塑连接件、以及上部钢筋桁架;免拆底模由复合夹心材料组成,上下两侧是玻纤网与聚合物砂浆层,中间是轻质保温隔声材料;免拆底模通过螺钉与钢塑连接件连接,其中螺钉从免拆底模底部向上穿透底模并连接钢塑连接件,而钢塑连接件通过点焊与桁架腹杆的波谷连接;每条钢筋桁架有一根上弦杆、两根下弦杆以及两根腹杆,此外,桁架在端部还有支座横筋与支座竖筋。当楼承板在结构中安装完毕后,上部绑扎楼板钢筋,继而浇筑混凝土,待混凝土养护完毕后最终形成楼板。本发明具有以下优点:1)构造简单,紧包含底模、连接件以及桁架三部分零件;2)零部件均为标准化和工业化生产,少规格,多组合;3)底模采用复合保温隔声材料,且底模材料不燃或者耐燃,显著提高了楼板的保温、隔声与防火性能,使得建筑更易达到绿建标准;4)相比传统金属底模钢筋桁架楼承板,复合保温隔声材料底模选用不燃或难燃材料,为桁架提供良好的防腐和防火保护。
