The invention discloses a steel bar truss floor support plate adopting a pouring molding composite heat preservation and sound insulation material as a bottom die. The floor support plate comprises two parts: 1) a disassembly-free bottom die made of a composite heat preservation and sound insulation material, and 2) an upper steel bar truss; wherein the disassembly-free bottom die is made of a composite material, the lower side is provided with a glass fiber net and a polymer mortar layer, and the upper side is provided with a light heat preservation and sound insulation material; when the floor support plate is machined, truss ribs are fixed in place firstly, then a heat preservation and insulation material of a bottom die is poured, in this way, web members of the steel bar trusses are partially embedded into the bottom die, and therefore connection of the trusses and the bottom die is completed; each steel bar truss is provided with an upper chord member, two lower chord members and two web members, and in addition, support transverse ribs and support vertical ribs are further arranged at the ends of the trusses. After the floor support plate is installed in the structure, floor steel bars are bound on the upper portion of the floor support plate, then concrete is poured, and a floor is finally formed after concrete curing is completed. The invention has the following advantages: 1) the structure is simple and only comprises two parts, namely the bottom die and the truss; 2) the parts are all produced in a standardized and industrialized manner, and are small in specification and multiple in combination; (3) the bottom die is made of the composite heat-insulating and sound-insulating material, so that the heat-insulating and sound-insulating performance of the floor slab is remarkably improved, and a building can easily meet the requirements of relevant standards of green buildings, and (4) compared with a traditional metal bottom die steel bar truss floor support plate, the bottom die made of the composite heat-insulating and sound-insulating material is made of a non-combustible or flame-retardant material, so that good anti-corrosion and fireproof protection is provided for the truss.
本发明公开了一种采用浇筑成型复合保温隔声材料为底模的钢筋桁架楼承板。楼承板包括两部分:1)采用复合保温隔声材料的免拆底模,2)上部钢筋桁架;其中免拆底模由复合材料组成,下侧是玻纤网与聚合物砂浆层,上侧是轻质保温隔声材料;在楼承板加工时,先将桁架筋固定到位,随后浇筑底模的保温隔热材料,这样使得钢筋桁架腹杆部分埋入底模内,从而完成桁架与底模的连接;每条钢筋桁架有一根上弦杆、两根下弦杆以及两根腹杆,此外,桁架在端部还有支座横筋与支座竖筋。当楼承板在结构中安装完毕后,上部绑扎楼板钢筋,继而浇筑混凝土,待混凝土养护完毕后最终形成楼板。本发明具有以下优点:1)构造简单,仅包含底模及桁架两部分零件;2)零部件均为标准化和工业化生产,少规格,多组合;3)底模采用复合保温隔声材料,显著提高了楼板的保温与隔声性能,使得建筑更易达到绿色建筑相关标准的要求;4)相比传统金属底模钢筋桁架楼承板,复合保温隔声材料底模选用不燃或难燃材料,为桁架提供良好的防腐和防火保护。
