The invention discloses a road construction flying dust treatment device which is mounted at a foundation pit formed by sinking the ground and comprises a vertical support fixed to the side wall of the foundation pit, a horizontal rail sliding up and down along the vertical support and a dust removal mechanism reciprocating along the horizontal rail. The dust removal mechanism comprises a pulley mounted on the horizontal track, a water storage tank fixed above the pulley, a water conveying pipe for adding water into the water storage tank and a spraying mechanism mounted below the pulley. The horizontal track comprises a dust removal section located at the main body part of the horizontal track and a water adding section located at one end of the horizontal track and fixedly provided with a water conveying pipe, and when the dust removal mechanism reciprocates in the dust removal section, the spraying mechanism sprays a dust removal fog curtain; and when the dust removal mechanism moves to the water adding section, the water pipe adds water to the water storage tank. When spraying, the spraying mechanism reciprocates along the horizontal track to form a dust removal mist curtain for isolating raised dust, so that the raised dust generated in the foundation pit is prevented from being emitted.
