The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a novel sculpture craft. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) three-dimensional molding; (2) coating a bonding layer; (3) forming a slurry layer, wherein the slurry layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of cement, 12-30 parts of modified coal gangue powder, 2-4 parts of functional filler, 2-6 parts of composite fibers, 0.6-1.2 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 0.2-0.8 part of a plasticizer, 0.8-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent and 10-18 parts of water; (4) surface treatment; and (5) coloring. The problems that a traditional clay sculpture handicraft is tedious in manufacturing process, long in construction period and high in cost are solved.
本发明公开了一种新型雕塑工艺品的制作方法，包括以下步骤：(1)立体塑型；(2)涂覆粘结层；(3)形成泥浆层：所述泥浆层包括以下重量份组分：水泥45～65份、改性煤矸石粉12～30份、功能填料2～4份、复合纤维2～6份、聚丙烯酸钠0.6～1.2份、增塑剂0.2～0.8份、减水剂0.8～1.5份、水10～18份；(4)表面处理；(5)上色。其解决了传统泥塑工艺品制作流程繁琐，工期长，成本费用高的问题。
