High-strength environment-friendly concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength environment-friendly concrete and a preparation method thereof. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) crushing, grinding and screening the construction waste to obtain coarse aggregate and fine aggregate; (2) mixing cement, pyrolytic carbon, foam glass, a mineral admixture, reinforced fibers, cellulose, a binder and water, and uniformly stirring to prepare a mixture; (3) adding the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate into the mixture obtained in the step (2), and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry; and (4) pouring and molding the slurry obtained in the step (3) to obtain the high-strength environment-friendly concrete. According to the invention, resource utilization of the construction waste is realized, the prepared high-strength environment-friendly concrete has relatively good compressive strength, frost resistance, thermal insulation and sound insulation performance, and the high-strength environment-friendly concrete is low in cement consumption, low in production cost, green and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种高强度环保混凝土及其制备方法。其特征如下:(1)将建筑垃圾进行破碎、研磨和分筛,获得粗骨料和细骨料;(2)将水泥、热解炭、泡沫玻璃、矿物掺和料、增强纤维、纤维素、粘结剂和水混合,搅拌均匀,制备成混合物;(3)将粗骨料和细骨料加入步骤2的混合物中,搅拌均匀,得到浆料;(4)将步骤3的浆料浇筑成型得到高强度环保混凝土。该发明实现了对建筑垃圾的资源化利用,制备的高强度环保混凝土具有较好的抗压强度、抗冻性能、保温和隔音性能,而且水泥用量少,生产成本低、绿色环保。
