The EPS particles used in the invention are obtained by recycling the waste polystyrene foam, and the regenerated EPS and the concrete are combined, so that multiple effects of light weight, heat insulation, shock resistance and energy absorption of the building envelope structure can be realized, the problem of white pollution of the waste EPS foam can be solved, and the requirements of energy conservation, waste utilization and environmental protection are met.
