The invention provides a mullite fiber reinforced metal matrix composite ceramic sheet and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that calcined aluminum oxide, magnesian soil, nanoscale fused quartz, monazite, bentonite, pyrophyllite, black talc, potassium albite, aluminum powder and sodium tripolyphosphate are mixed and then subjected to ball milling treatment, and mixed powder is obtained; performing pulping and spray granulation to obtain green body powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a ceramic thin plate blank, pressing the blank powder into a ceramic plate-shaped blank, sintering the ceramic plate-shaped blank to obtain a ceramic thin plate blank, glazing the ceramic thin plate blank, grinding the surface, and polishing to obtain the mullite fiber reinforced metal-based composite ceramic thin plate. The invention has the advantages of simple preparation process and low raw material cost, and can be applied to the commercial fields of architectural decoration ceramics, protective materials and the like. By optimizing the solid-phase reaction sintering schedule and regulating and controlling the internal mullite crystal phase precipitation rate and precipitation amount, the prepared large-size ceramic sheet is excellent in mechanical property and wide in potential commercial market.
本发明提供一种莫来石纤维增强金属基复合陶瓷薄板及制备方法,通过将煅烧氧化铝、镁质土、纳米级熔融石英、独居石、膨润土、叶腊石、黑滑石、钾钠长石、铝粉和三聚磷酸钠混合后,进行球磨处理,得到混合粉体,经过制浆和喷雾造粒后得到坯体粉料;坯体粉料压制成型为陶瓷板状生坯,随后将陶瓷板状生坯进行烧结后,得到陶瓷薄板坯体,再将陶瓷薄板坯体经上釉、表面打磨和抛光后,得到莫来石纤维增强金属基复合陶瓷薄板。本发明的制备工艺简单,原料成本低廉,可应用于建筑装饰陶瓷、防护材料等商业领域。通过优化固相反应烧结制度,调控内部莫来石晶相析出速率及析出量,制备出的大规格陶瓷薄板力学性能优异,潜在商用市场广阔。
