Runway material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of runway materials, and particularly relates to a runway material which comprises star-shaped SEBS, hydrogenated S-(B/S)-S, rubber filling oil, an inorganic filler, plastic and an anti-aging agent. The chemical formula of the star-shaped SEBS is BnY; wherein B is a hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block polymer arm or a hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block polymer arm; y is a coupling agent residue; n is 3 or 4; the hydrogenated S-(B/S)-S is a hydrogenated triblock polymer, the first block and the third block are styrene blocks, and the middle block is a butadiene and styrene random copolymerization block. The research finds that based on the cooperation of the star-shaped SEBS and the hydrogenated S-(B/S)-S, the compatibility of the inorganic filler can be improved, and the performance of the runway can be improved. The material has good compatibility and wrapping property with thermoplastic plastics and inorganic fillers, wet skid resistance and good processability at a low oil charge ratio, so that the runway has good mechanical properties and weather resistance.
