Environment-friendly polyurethane runway material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of runway materials, in particular to an environment-friendly polyurethane runway material and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly polyurethane runway material comprises a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of (18-20): (10-15), and the component A comprises 40-60 parts by weight of polyether glycol, 2.5-5 parts by weight of hydroxyalkyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and 30-40 parts by weight of MDI tripolymer according to the total weight of the component A; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of poly (butylene carbonate) glycol, 20-25 parts of starch, 5-8 parts of beta-cyclodextrin, 5-10 parts of a charcoal adsorbent and 2-5 parts of a chain extender. The environment-friendly performance of the polyurethane runway material is improved by adopting a two-component solvent-free preparation method, adding a biochar adsorbent, replacing part of polyhydric alcohols with starch, and adding beta-cyclodextrin and hydroxyalkyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane.
本发明涉及跑道材料的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种环保型聚氨酯跑道材料及其制备方法。环保型聚氨酯跑道材料包括重量比为(18‑20):(10‑15)的A组分和B组分,按A组分的总重量计,A组分包括40‑60份聚醚二元醇、2.5‑5份羟烷基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷和30‑40份MDI三聚体;按B组分的总重量计,B组分包括10‑15聚碳酸亚丁酯二醇、20‑25份淀粉、5‑8份β‑环糊精、5‑10份生物炭吸附剂和扩链剂2‑5份。通过采用双组分无溶剂的制备方法、加入生物炭吸附剂、将部分多元醇更换为淀粉、添加β‑环糊精和羟烷基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷,提高了聚氨酯跑道材料的环保性能。
