Rodlike concentric circle structure garnet-based laser transparent ceramic and preparation method thereof
According to the preparation method of the garnet-based laser transparent ceramic with the rod-shaped concentric circle structure, components of a prepared ceramic inner core and a cladding meet the following formula: (M1-xRex3) 3 (Al1-yCry) 5O12, in the formula, x is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.5, y is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.02, M is one of Y, Lu and Gd, and Re is one of Ce, Nd, Ho, Yb, Sm, Tm, Pr and Er. The garnet-based transparent ceramic with the rodlike concentric circle structure is prepared by coating a ceramic biscuit formed by cold isostatic pressing with a ceramic diaphragm prepared by tape casting. The method is simple and easy to implement and does not need to design a complex structure mold; the radial and axial lengths of the biscuit can be self-defined, and the die does not need to be frequently replaced. The prepared transparent ceramic is excellent in optical performance, the linear transmittance of the ceramic at 1064nm is 81.5-84.6%, and the application requirements of solid lasers and solid lighting can be completely met.
一种棒状同心圆结构石榴石基激光透明陶瓷的制备方法,所制备的陶瓷内芯和包层的组分均满足下式:(M1‑xRex)3(Al1‑yCry)5O12,式中x的范围是0≤x≤0.5,y的范围是0≤y≤0.02,M为Y、Lu、Gd的一种,Re为Ce、Nd、Ho、Yb、Sm、Tm、Pr、Er中的一种。采用流延成型制备的陶瓷膜片包覆冷等静压成型的陶瓷素坯的方式,实现棒状同心圆结构石榴石基透明陶瓷制备。该方法简单易行,无需设计复杂结构模具;素坯径向及轴向长度可自定义,无需频繁更换模具。所制备的透明陶瓷光学性能优异,陶瓷在1064nm处线透过率为81.5‑84.6%,可完全满足固体激光器及固态照明的应用需求。
