The invention provides a frame lattice beam pressure pouring device. The technical problem that an existing lattice beam pouring mode easily causes the quality problem of the surface of a lattice beam is solved. The device comprises a feeding assembly and a grouting assembly, and the feeding assembly is arranged above the grouting assembly and used for pouring concrete into the grouting assembly; the grouting assembly comprises a pouring pipe and an angle adjusting device located below the pouring pipe, the length of the pouring pipe can be decreased along with increase of the height of poured concrete, the end of the pouring pipe is located below the pouring face all the time, and the angle adjusting device can adjust the angle of the pouring pipe to enable the angle of the pouring pipe to be parallel to the gradient of the lattice beam. Therefore, during pouring, the end of the pouring pipe is always embedded into concrete below the pouring surface to bear top pressure, so that pouring is more compact, bubbles are smaller, vibration is not needed, the conditions of honeycombs, pitted surfaces, exposed ribs and the like on the surface of the lattice beam after pouring are avoided, and the quality of the lattice beam is improved.
本发明提供了一种框架格构梁压力浇筑装置,解决了现有格构梁浇筑方式容易导致格构梁表面出现质量问题的技术问题。该装置包括进料组件和注浆组件,进料组件设置在注浆组件的上方,用于向注浆组件内浇筑混凝土;注浆组件包括浇筑管和位于浇筑管下方的角度调节装置,浇筑管的长度能够随浇筑混凝土的高度增加而减小并使浇筑管的端头始终位于浇筑面以下,角度调节装置能够调节浇筑管的角度使其与格构梁坡度保持平行。从而在浇筑时使得浇筑管的端头始终浇筑面以下埋入混凝土,承顶部压力,使得浇筑更加密实,气泡更小,无需振捣,进而避免了浇筑完成后格构梁表面出现蜂窝、麻面以及露筋等情况,提高了格构梁的质量。
