The invention provides a high-strength wear-resistant castable for an air bellow branch pipe of an iron-making sintering machine. The high-strength wear-resistant castable is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of brown aluminum oxide with the particle size of 5-8mm; 20-30 parts of brown fused alumina with a particle size of 3-5 mm; 15-25 parts of brown aluminum oxide with the particle size of 1-3mm; 8-12 parts of brown fused alumina with a particle size of 0-1 mm; 6-8 parts of dense corundum with the mesh number not smaller than 200 meshes is sieved; 6-8 parts of silica fume with the mesh number not smaller than 325 meshes is sieved; the concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 16 to 20 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 2 to 4 parts of heat-resistant steel fiber, 0.04 to 0.06 part of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent, 0.04 to 0.06 part of citric acid and 0.4 to 0.6 part of sodium tripolyphosphate. By adopting the castable provided by the invention, the air bellow steel structure is taken as a mold and is directly cast into a prefabricated part, the air bellow branch pipe can be quickly mounted and replaced, the problem that the air bellow of the sintering machine deforms when being scoured by high-temperature airflow is solved, and the prefabricated part provided by the invention has the characteristics of excellent fire resistance, acid resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, so that the service life of the air bellow is prolonged. The service life of the bellows can be prolonged by more than one time, and the air leakage rate is obviously reduced.
