The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite material crucible upper with a ceramic lining. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a modification liquid of glass fiber cloth and an impregnation liquid of carbon fiber cloth; soaking glass fiber cloth in the modification liquid, taking out and drying to obtain modified prepreg cloth, soaking carbon fiber cloth in the impregnation liquid, taking out and drying to obtain carbon fiber prepreg cloth; winding the modified prepreg on a winding machine to obtain a cylindrical body with a multi-layer structure, putting the cylindrical body into a curing oven, and heating to obtain a preliminarily cured cylindrical body; overlapping the modified prepreg cloth and carbon fiber prepreg cloth to form composite prepreg cloth, winding the composite prepreg cloth on the preliminarily cured barrel-shaped body in multiple layers to obtain a composite barrel-shaped body, putting the composite barrel-shaped body into a curing oven, and heating to obtain a preliminarily cured composite barrel-shaped body; and putting the preliminarily cured composite cylindrical body into a high-temperature furnace, raising the temperature to 1500-1800 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 4 hours to obtain the composite material crucible side with the ceramic lining.
