The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a heating ceramic atomizing core and the heating ceramic atomizing core, and aims to solve the technical problems that tobacco tar is heated unevenly and the atomizing effect is poor due to the fact that an existing ceramic atomizing core is generally heated through a heating wire. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing required materials in percentage by mass, and uniformly mixing the materials to prepare mixed powder; s2, injecting the mixed powder into a mold with a preset shape to prepare a heating ceramic matrix, and drying the heating ceramic matrix for a preset time to form a blank; s3, putting the blank into a sintering bowl, integrally burying the blank with de-waxing powder, and then putting the blank into a de-waxing kiln for de-waxing; s4, the dewaxed blank is put into a high-temperature furnace for high-temperature sintering, and a semi-finished heating ceramic atomization core product is obtained; and S5, the two ends of the semi-finished heating ceramic atomization core are subjected to surface nickel plating treatment, then electrodes are led out from the nickel-plated parts, and the heating ceramic atomization core is manufactured.
