The preparation method comprises the following steps: providing a green body with a dispensing groove; slurry is injected into the dispensing groove through dispensing; sintering the whole body formed by the green body and the slurry to obtain the ceramic atomization core; the ceramic atomization core comprises a ceramic base body and a heating film layer. The ceramic matrix is at least made of a green body; the heating film layer is at least made of slurry; and the heating film layer is at least partially embedded in the ceramic matrix. The preparation method of the ceramic atomization core and the ceramic atomization core have the beneficial effects that the slurry is injected into the adhesive dispensing groove of the green body in an adhesive dispensing mode and sintered, so that the heating film layer and the ceramic base body obtain a better cold and hot impact resistance effect.
