The invention discloses a pile forming method for a rectangular anti-slide pile in a soft soil section. The pile forming method mainly comprises the steps of construction preparation, measurement positioning, arrangement of a reinforced concrete lock catch at a hole opening, drilling machine in-place, hole position correction, impact hole forming, slurry circulation, hole cleaning and slurry replacement, final hole acceptance inspection, lowering of a square reinforcement cage and a guide pipe, secondary hole cleaning and concrete pouring for pile forming. According to the pile forming method, on the basis of traditional percussion drill hole forming, an orifice hole protecting structure and a percussion drill bit are improved. The rectangular anti-slide pile construction method is improved on the basis of a conventional percussion drill, is convenient, safe and reliable in soft soil section construction, has the advantages of being high in operation efficiency, low in cost, safe, reliable and small in influence of underground water, and has wide application prospects.
