The novel open caisson bottom sealing concrete water stop construction method comprises the following steps that S1, an annular groove is formed in the bottom of the inner wall face of an open caisson, a rubber air bag in an uninflated state is pre-arranged in the annular groove, and the rubber air bag is in an annular shape matched with the annular groove; s2, after the open caisson sinks to the designed elevation, bottom sealing concrete is poured at the bottom of the open caisson, and the annular groove is located in the pouring depth range of the bottom sealing concrete; and S3, after the bottom sealing concrete is cured to reach the required strength, the rubber air bag is inflated through an air bag inflation pipeline till the gap between the bottom sealing concrete and the inner wall face of the open caisson is filled with the rubber air bag. The open caisson bottom sealing concrete water stop structure has the advantages that compared with a traditional open caisson bottom sealing concrete construction method, the novel open caisson bottom sealing concrete water stop structure can solve the water leakage phenomenon of the bottom of an open caisson caused by shrinkage of underwater bottom sealing concrete of a traditional open caisson.
本发明公开了一种新型沉井封底混凝土止水施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:在沉井的内壁面底部开设一环形凹槽,于所述环形凹槽内预置未充气状态下的橡胶气囊,所述橡胶气囊呈与所述环形凹槽相适配的环状;S2:将所述沉井下沉到设计标高后,在所述沉井底部浇筑封底混凝土,所述环形凹槽位于所述封底混凝土的浇筑深度范围内;S3:待所述封底混凝土养护达到要求强度后,通过气囊充气管道向所述橡胶气囊进行充气,直至所述橡胶气囊充满所述封底混凝土与所述沉井内壁面之间的缝隙。本发明的优点是:与传统的沉井封底混凝土施工方法相比,该新型沉井封底混凝土止水结构可解决传统沉井水下封底混凝土收缩引起的沉井底部渗漏水现象。
