本发明涉及高层建筑施工的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种超高层建筑核心筒斜墙建造施工方法。本发明施工步骤包括BIM建模、工字钢加工制造、竖向墙体钢筋捆扎、预埋件安装、三角工字钢拼装、三角工字钢安装、操作架安装、斜墙钢筋捆扎、模板安装、浇筑、模板拆除和三角工字钢拆除。三角工字钢的拼装和三角工字钢与第一预埋件和第二预埋件之间的安装采用高强螺栓临时固定,并在连接处均进行点焊处理。本施工方法创新使用了“三角工字钢+斜钢管”的搭设方式,利用三角工字钢作为架体基础,斜钢管作为支撑架,实现了顶模钢平台与三角工字钢的分离,两者互不影响,解决了斜墙无法支模的问题,同时,构件可重复使用,节约成本。
