The invention relates to a hole hollowing repairing process for a prefabricated filled wall panel. A filling wall is constructed in a mode of chiseling away a hole and a hollowing part and grouting the hole and the hollowing part, S1, the hole and the hollowing part of the filling wall are judged through an observation method, and the unqualified part is marked through a marking pen; cutting and chiseling off the marked part of the infilled wall, and then cleaning the marked part; s2, the infilled wall is well placed according to an inherent mode, then cut-off holes are wetted, concrete pouring is conducted on the cut-off holes for multiple times in a certain mode, and filling of the holes and hollowing of the infilled wall plate is completed; s3, the repaired surface of the infilled wall is subjected to water spraying maintenance, and the color difference is adjusted; s4, the repaired infilled wall is checked and accepted, and the infilled wall which is checked and accepted to be unqualified is constructed again; the technical problems that hollowing and insufficient thickness of a protective layer are easily caused due to the fact that a heat preservation layer is large in size, large in surface area, light in weight and unreasonable in construction technology are solved.
本发明涉及一种预制填充墙板孔洞空鼓修补工艺:采用对孔洞、空鼓部分进行凿除注浆的方式对填充墙进行施工:S1:对填充墙的孔洞、空鼓部分采用观察法判定,对判定不合格部分采用记号笔对其进行标记,对填充墙的标记部分进行切割和凿除,随后对标记部分进行清理;S2:将填充墙按固有方式放置好,再将切除洞口进行湿润,对切除洞口用一定方式进行若干次混凝土浇筑,完成填充墙板孔洞、空鼓的填补;S3:对修补完成的填充墙表面进行洒水养护、调整色差;S4:对完成修补工作的填充墙进行验收,验收不合格的填充墙进行重新施工;本发明解决了由于保温层体积大、表面积大、重量轻,施工工艺不合理极易造成空鼓和保护层厚度不足的技术问题。
