Ceramic combined hercynite kilneye castable and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of refractory materials, in particular to a ceramic bonded hercynite kilneye castable which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of aggregate, 30-45 parts of powder and 3-8 parts of a binding agent, wherein the aggregate comprises hercynite and porous silicon-aluminum ceramic, and the porous silicon-aluminum ceramic is obtained by sintering silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and boron oxide. According to the ceramic combined hercynite kilneye castable, the compactness of the castable after casting molding can be effectively improved through reasonable configuration of the aggregate and the powder, meanwhile, the silicon-aluminum ceramic is of a porous structure, and therefore in the sintering process of all the components of the castable, the ceramic combined hercynite can be effectively prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the ceramic combined hercynite kilneye castable is prolonged. And pores in the silicon-aluminum ceramic can absorb volume expansion generated in the fusion process of all the components, so that the internal stress of the sintered castable is reduced, and the defects of cracking and stripping are reduced. The castable not only has good compactness after being sintered, but also can release internal stress, so that the overall structure is more stable.
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷结合铁铝尖晶石窑口浇注料,按照重量份数计,其包括:骨料60~80份、粉料30~45份以及结合剂3~8份;其中,所述骨料包括铁铝尖晶石以及多孔硅铝陶瓷,所述多孔硅铝陶瓷由二氧化硅、氧化铝以及氧化硼烧结得到。本发明中的陶瓷结合铁铝尖晶石窑口浇注料其通过骨料以及粉料之间的合理配置,能够有效提升浇注料在浇注成型之后的致密性,同时,本发明中的硅铝陶瓷其为多孔结构,因此在浇注料各组分烧结过程中,硅铝陶瓷中的孔隙能够吸收各组分融合过程中产生的体积膨胀,从而减少浇注料烧结后的内应力,减少了开裂剥离的缺陷。使得浇注料在烧结后既拥有良好的致密性,又能够释放内部的应力,使得整体结构更加稳定。
