Foamed asphalt warm-mixing recycled pavement construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of a foamed asphalt warm-mixing regenerated pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps: preparation of an ore complexing agent: mixing 5-10 parts by weight of albite, 1-5 parts by weight of potassium feldspar, 1-4 parts by weight of nepheline powder, 1-3 parts by weight of bentonite and 1-2 parts by weight of bentonite; according to the construction method of the regenerated pavement, foamed asphalt is matched with raw materials such as an ore complexing agent, modified aluminum-magnesium hydrotalcite and a whisker reinforcing agent, a formed laying raw material is laid for 5-7 cm through gravel with the particle size of 25-35 cm, a roadbed layer is formed, then gravel with the particle size of 1-3 cm is laid on the roadbed layer, and the laying thickness is 1-2 cm, so that a middle layer is formed; the mixed stirring material in the third step is poured on the middle layer, the laying thickness is 1-5 cm, a foamed asphalt layer is formed, and finally the pavement formed through rolling has excellent water stability, freeze-thaw splitting residual strength ratio and breaking strain.
