The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, and discloses a cracking-reducing foamed asphalt pavement recycled material and a preparation and construction method thereof, the recycled material is composed of the following raw materials: an old asphalt pavement recycled material, mineral powder, foamed asphalt, fine aggregate, water, cement, a foaming agent and fiber; the raw materials of the foamed asphalt cold recycled material are reasonably matched, so that a road has good water stability and rutting resistance, and meanwhile, the tensile strength and shear strength of the foamed asphalt mixture are improved, so that the shrinkage rate of the foamed asphalt mixture is reduced, and cracking is reduced; meanwhile, by adding the foaming agent into the foamed asphalt mixture, the foaming performance of matrix asphalt can be improved, the expansion rate can be increased, and the half-life period can be prolonged, so that the bonding performance of the foamed asphalt and the aggregate is improved, the aggregate is prevented from loosening and threshing, the quality of the foamed asphalt pavement regenerated material is ensured, and the mechanical property is improved; therefore, pavement cracking is reduced, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged.
