Low-porosity concrete plate
The invention discloses a low-porosity concrete plate which comprises a low-porosity concrete plate body, the low-porosity concrete plate body is composed of a smooth body and a thin film layer, the thin film layer is arranged at the top end of the smooth body, the smooth body is formed by rolling slurry formed by mixing cement paste and a tackifier, and a plurality of pores are formed in the smooth body. A plurality of pores are in a dispersed state, the weight ratio of the tackifier to the cement paste is 0.001: 1, the weight ratio of water to ash in the cement paste is 0.25: 1, and slurry obtained by mixing the cement paste and the tackifier needs to be subjected to vacuum mixing. According to the invention, by utilizing the calendering design of the mixed slurry of the cement paste and the tackifier, pores in the manufactured smooth body are very fine, and the distribution density is low, so that the strength quality and durability of the plate are improved, and meanwhile, the thin-sheet-shaped plate can be manufactured through the fine pores; the plate can be applied to engineering construction partition plates, liners, sandwich plates or small accessories of leisure toys and the like.
本发明公开了低孔隙混凝土板材,包括低孔隙混凝土板材本体,低孔隙混凝土板材本体由光滑本体和薄膜层组成,薄膜层设置于光滑本体的顶端,光滑本体由水泥浆和增黏剂混合之浆料经延压而成,光滑本体的内部设置有多个孔隙,多个孔隙呈分散状态,增黏剂与水泥浆的重量比为0.001∶1,水泥浆中水与灰的重量比为0.25∶1,水泥浆和增黏剂混合之浆料需真空拌合。本发明利用水泥浆和增黏剂混合浆料的延压设计,使得制作出来光滑本体内的孔隙非常细微,同时分布密度低,从而提高了板材的强度质量和耐久性质,同时细微的孔隙使得薄片状的板材可以被制作出来,使得板材可应用于工程施工隔板、衬垫、夹层板或者休闲玩具的小配件等。
