The civil construction engineering structure gap grouting device comprises lifting mechanisms which are used for being placed at openings in the two ends of a deformation joint and are symmetrically arranged, extending mechanisms are arranged at the upper ends of the lifting mechanisms, and the two extending mechanisms extend into the deformation joint and are connected in a clamped mode to form a fixed rail; a cleaning mechanism used for freely sliding in the fixed rail to clean the wall is arranged on the lower side of the extending mechanism, a displacement mechanism used for driving the cleaning mechanism to freely slide in the fixed rail is further arranged between the cleaning mechanism and the extending mechanism, and a slurry discharging pipe is connected into the cleaning mechanism; according to the invention, the following problems existing in the grouting and filling process of the deformation joint in the prior art can be solved: the outer wall surfaces on the two sides of the deformation joint are inconvenient to clean before grouting; the grouting speed of the deformation joint is gradually reduced along with the increase of the pressure, so that the grouting efficiency is reduced; a gap is easily generated between the flood grouting slurry and a wall in the flood grouting process, and the grouting effect is reduced.
本发明涉及一种土木建筑工程结构缝隙灌浆装置,包括用于放置在变形缝两端开口处并呈对称设置的升降机构,升降机构上端均设置有延伸机构,两延伸机构均向变形缝内延伸并卡接以形成固定轨道,延伸机构下侧设置有用于在固定轨道内自由滑动清理墙壁的清理机构,清理机构与延伸机构之间还设置有驱使清理机构在固定轨道内自由滑动的位移机构,清理机构内部连接有排浆管;本发明能够解决现有技术对变形缝进行灌浆填充的过程中存在的以下问题:对变形缝两侧的外墙表面进行灌浆前的清理时较为不便;对变形缝的灌浆速度将随压力的增加而逐渐变缓,降低了灌浆的效率;漫灌的浆料容易在漫灌的过程中与墙壁之间产生缝隙,降低了灌浆的效果。
