Glass fibers (glass fibers which are produced by Shenzhen Asia Company and have the length of 9 mm and the diameter of 18 microns), and a water reducing agent (a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent). The glass fiber reinforced cement mortar is obtained by adding glass fibers into cement mortar according to a certain proportion, the glass fibers have the advantages of high tensile strength, good toughness and the like, and the tensile strength and shrinkage of the mortar can be remarkably improved after the glass fibers are added into the mortar. 本发明提供了一种玻璃粉改性玻璃纤维增强水泥砂浆耐久性和收缩的制备方法,上述玻璃纤维增强水泥砂浆由如下组成:水泥(淮南海螺公司生产的P.042.5普通硅酸盐水泥),砂子(淮河河砂,细度模数为2.36),废玻璃粉(模数为100目、500目、1000目和2000目),玻璃纤维(深圳亚泰公司生产的长度9mm直径18μm的玻璃纤维),减水剂(聚羧酸减水剂)。玻璃纤维增强水泥砂浆是由水泥砂浆按一定比例添加玻璃纤维而得到的玻璃纤维增强砂浆,玻璃纤维具有抗拉强度高、韧性好等优点,砂浆中加入玻璃纤维后可以显著提高砂浆的抗拉强度和收缩。但是砂浆中碱性环境对玻璃纤维耐久性不利。利用废玻璃粉替代部分水泥,可以消耗强氧化钙,提高玻璃纤维的耐久性,同时还可以减少废弃玻璃给环境带来的不利影响。
