The invention discloses a municipal sludge green energy-saving recycling brick making process, and relates to the technical field of building material manufacturing, the municipal sludge green energy-saving recycling brick making process comprises the following steps: S1, sludge conditioning: adding functional fiber RPFA and a flocculant into sludge; the conditioning time is 10 to 120 minutes; s2, raw material treatment, wherein coal gangue, bauxite tailings, building waste residues and shale are smashed, and the fineness is controlled to be 1-3 mm; s3, mixing the materials: mixing the materials obtained in the steps S1 and S2, and uniformly stirring; s4, blank making: aging the mixture obtained in the step S3; and S5, brick making: drying and roasting the green bricks aired in the step S4 by using a drying kiln and a tunnel kiln, and cooling to obtain a finished product. In the sludge conditioning process, the functional fiber RPFA short fiber is added to serve as a sludge framework material, the electric charge neutralizing effect is achieved, meanwhile, the effects of bacteriostasis, deodorization and heavy metal solidification are achieved, and the environment in the sludge storage, transportation and operation process is greatly improved.
