The construction method comprises the following steps that a bridge is constructed on site; the T-beam is transported to a construction site through transportation equipment; erecting and constructing a T beam; wherein an adjusting structure is arranged on the transportation equipment, and the adjusting structure can adjust the angle of the T-shaped beam, so that the T-shaped beam is in a horizontal state in the transportation process. The adjusting structure is installed on the supporting plate of the T-beam transportation equipment, the adjusting structure and the additionally-installed transverse and longitudinal slope numerical value detection equipment can monitor a contact road surface and a bridge floor in real time in the transportation process, oil cylinders at the two ends are started to do lifting motion through monitoring data, angle adjustment of a base plate for lifting a T-beam is achieved, and the T-beam transportation efficiency is improved. After adjustment, the angle of the T-shaped beam is matched with the bridge floor and the road surface, the T-shaped beam is always horizontal in the transportation process, the overall stability is improved, and the transportation equipment does not need to be paved on the road surface or the bridge to be matched with the angle.
