The invention provides a curved beam erection method, and relates to the technical field of railway construction, and the method comprises the following steps: enabling a bridge girder erection machine to pass through a hole; shifting the front end of the arm of the bridge girder erection machine out of the curve, and shifting the middle part of the arm of the bridge girder erection machine into the curve so as to determine the front hoisting point position and the rear hoisting point position of the bridge girder erection machine and realize that the rear end of the bridge girder erection machine is close to the curve; a third column of the bridge girder erection machine is turned upwards by 90 degrees and runs to the position below the bridge girder erection machine through a front girder transporting vehicle and a rear girder transporting vehicle which bear the girder pieces, so that a girder piece front lifting hole in the front girder transporting vehicle is transversely aligned with the position of a front lifting point; a beam carrying trolley of a front beam carrying vehicle moves forwards relative to a main vehicle of the front beam carrying vehicle, and a rear beam carrying vehicle moves along with the beam carrying trolley of the front beam carrying vehicle, so that a beam piece front lifting hole is longitudinally aligned with the position of a front lifting point; a camel beam trolley of the rear beam transporting vehicle transversely moves relative to a main vehicle of the rear beam transporting vehicle, so that a beam piece rear hoisting hole is transversely aligned with a rear hoisting point in position and longitudinally aligned with the rear hoisting point in position; according to the method, the efficiency of curved beam erection is improved.
