By the adoption of the scheme, in the three interchange type three-dimensional intersection roads of the small triangular area, at most nine turning ramps are arranged in total, so that traffic turning in the full flow direction can be achieved, and it is guaranteed that all turning traffic flows are complete with the minimum number of ramps; the engineering cost is low, the streamline is unique, and the traffic flow direction is greatly simplified; and three collecting and distributing ramps are arranged, so that the problem of too close cross nodes can be solved, and the interleaving risk between the main road and the ramps is eliminated.
