The invention relates to the field of highway construction, and discloses a cement stabilized base edge construction method which comprises the following steps: (1) preparation before construction and inspection of a lower bearing layer before construction are carried out; (2) determining the mix proportion of the mixture, and paving a test section; (3) selecting an edge cement grouting machine, arranging the edge cement grouting machine, and preparing slurry of the edge grouting machine; (4) mixing the mixture, and transporting the mixture to the front of a paver; (5) after the edge grouting machine and the paver conduct synchronous paving, compacting equipment is adopted for rolling and compacting; and (6) geotextile is adopted for covering, watering and curing, and after curing, joints are treated till the standard sections are removed. The problems that in the highway engineering construction process, due to the fact that mixed materials on the edges of the two sides of a base layer are uneven in grading, the aggregate amount is large, the fine aggregate amount is small, slurry lacking is caused, segregation is generated, a honeycomb pitted surface is formed after the edges are solidified and hardened, and the strength is insufficient are effectively solved.
本发明涉及公路施工领域，公开了一种水泥稳定基层边部施工方法，所述方法包括如下步骤：(1)进行施工前准备，施工前下承层检查；(2)确定混合料的配合比，铺筑试验段；(3)选用边部水泥注浆机，安置边部水泥注浆机，并配制边部注浆机浆液；(4)拌合混合料，并运输混合料至摊铺机前方；(5)边部注浆机与摊铺机同步摊铺后，采用压实设备进行碾压压实；(6)采用土工布覆盖洒水养生，养生后处理接缝直至清除至标准断面。本发明有效解决了公路工程施工过程中基层两侧边缘混合料级配不均，造成骨料多、细集料少、缺浆，产生离析的现象以及在边部固结硬化后形成蜂窝麻面，使强度不足的问题。
