The grate frame comprises a horizontal part and a vertical part, and the inner side of the vertical part is fixedly connected with the side surface of the water grate; the horizontal part is arranged above the concrete foundation, and the vertical part is attached to the inner side of the concrete foundation; positioning holes are formed in the vertical parts, embedded ribs are arranged in the concrete foundation, and the embedded ribs extend out of the concrete foundation and are matched with the positioning holes in position.
