The invention provides a coating composition for reflective marking surface treatment, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-50 parts of a bonding substance; 0.5-40 parts of a water repellent agent; 1-8 parts of an auxiliary agent; 10 to 35 parts of a cosolvent; 10 to 45 parts of water; wherein the bonding substance comprises polymer resin and an inorganic bonding substance, and the mass ratio of solid components of the polymer resin to the inorganic bonding substance is (1: 2)-(1: 15). The invention also provides a reflective road marking coated with the coating composition. The road marking has an all-weather dry/wet state high retroreflection coefficient and high near infrared retroreflection performance, and is particularly suitable for machine vision identification and laser radar identification technologies for the road marking in special weather scenes of rainy days and rainy nights. In addition, the surface of the road marking coated with the coating composition is easy to clean and resistant to sewage at the same time.
