The invention provides a hot-melt road marking coating composition which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of a resin component; 1-5 parts of an EVA resin plasticizer; 1-8 parts of polyethylene wax; 0.3 to 1.5 parts of a light stabilizer; 3-10 parts of a pigment; and 30-50 parts of a filler. The hot-melt type road marking coating composition has excellent compression resistance and cracking resistance. And on the other hand, the hot-melt road marking coating composition avoids the use of a small-molecule plasticizer, so that a series of technical problems of environmental pollution, complex preparation process, sticky road marking surface, no stain resistance and the like caused by the use of the small-molecule plasticizer are solved. The invention also provides a preparation method of the hot-melt road marking coating composition and the obtained marking.
本发明提供了一种热熔型道路标线涂料组合物，其中，按质量份计，包含：树脂组分15‑25份；EVA树脂增塑剂1‑5份；聚乙烯蜡1‑8份；光稳定剂0.3‑1.5份；颜料3‑10份；填料30‑50份。所述热熔型道路标线涂料组合物有着卓越的抗压和抗开裂性能。另一方面，所述热熔型道路标线涂料组合物避免使用小分子增塑剂，从而解决了由于使用小分子增塑剂而带来的环境污染、制备工艺复杂和道路标线表面发粘、不耐污等一系列技术问题。本发明还提供了上述热熔型道路标线涂料组合物的制备方法以及所得的标线。
