The invention discloses a highway subgrade structure with wrapped red mud (including micro-treated red mud) as subgrade filler and a construction method thereof.The highway subgrade structure sequentially comprises a foundation adjusting layer, a liquid leakage preventing layer, a liquid permeation layer, a red mud filler layer and a liquid permeation layer which are arranged on a foundation from bottom to top, and the red mud filler layer is wrapped by the liquid leakage preventing layer; a permeable layer is arranged between the bottom of the red mud filler layer and the corresponding liquid leakage prevention layer, a seepage drainage pipe is arranged on the permeable layer, and seepage of the red mud filler layer is guided out to a collection system along the seepage drainage pipe through the permeable layer; the method has the advantages of saving the red mud stacking occupied area, reducing the influence of the red mud on the environment, providing a good storage place for secondary development of the red mud, utilizing a large amount of red mud, controlling adverse factors of the red mud and storing rare earth and rare metals in the red mud in the roadbed, providing a strategic storage mode for later development and utilization of useful substances, greatly reducing the stacking and maintenance cost, and improving the economic benefit. And the purposes of saving energy, reducing consumption and saving materials are achieved.
本发明公开了一种以包裹的赤泥(包含微处理赤泥)作为路基填料的公路路基结构及其施工方法,由下至上依次包括设置于地基基础上的基础调整层、防液渗漏层、液渗透层、赤泥填料层和液渗透层,所述赤泥填料层采用防液渗漏层包裹,所述赤泥填料层的底部与对应的防液渗漏层之间设置有透层,透层设置有渗液引流管,赤泥填料层的渗液经透层沿渗液引流管导出至收集系统;节约赤泥堆放占地量,减少赤泥对环境影响,为赤泥二次开发提供良好储备场所,通过利用大量赤泥、控制其不利因素、同时也将赤泥中稀土及稀有金属存在路基中,为以后开发利用有用物质提供战略储备方式,大幅度降低堆积和养护的成本,达到节能降耗,节约材料的目的。
