Novel concrete anti-corrosion structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a novel concrete anti-corrosion structure and a construction method thereof. The novel concrete anti-corrosion structure comprises concrete, fiber reinforced plastic ribs, steel bars and plastic positioning gaskets. The fiber reinforced plastic ribs are located in the steel bar protection layer. The steel bars and the fiber reinforced plastic ribs are connected and fixed through plastic positioning gaskets; and the concrete is filled in the fiber reinforced plastic ribs, the steel bars and the plastic positioning gaskets and wraps the fiber reinforced plastic ribs, the steel bars and the plastic positioning gaskets. The fiber reinforced plastic ribs do not need to be changed into a grid shape, the plastic positioning gaskets are designed to be connected with the fiber reinforced plastic ribs and the reinforcing steel bars in a V-shaped mode, transverse tensile force is given to concrete, and transverse fracture of the concrete is avoided; and meanwhile, through a simple four-step construction method, time and economic cost are saved, and the corrosion resistance and stability of the concrete structure are further ensured in the mode that concrete is used for filling and wrapping fiber reinforced plastic ribs and steel bars.
