The invention discloses a novel marine bridge concrete structure anti-corrosion construction process, and provides a construction process for externally spraying silane for impregnation, which not only depends on measures such as optimization design of epoxy steel bars, high-performance marine concrete and a steel bar protective layer for durability of bridge structure concrete in a marine corrosion environment, but also needs some auxiliary measures. In the aspect of guaranteeing construction safety, especially in the aspect of surface treatment details for guaranteeing the spraying effect, the spraying effect is better guaranteed in the aspects of repair treatment of pull rods, repair treatment of cracks, treatment of surface looseness and pollution, regulation of the surface drying degree and the like in formwork construction; and the spraying effect is verified according to the reduction effect detection indexes of the solid coring water absorption rate, the dipping depth and the chloride absorption content. The anti-corrosion technology and conventional measures form an organic whole, the bridge durability anti-corrosion measures are perfected in the construction period, and then the durability of the sea-crossing bridge in the trial period is effectively protected.
