A construction method for onshore prefabricating bottom sealing concrete of an offshore wind power implanted rock-socketed pile foundation comprises the steps of pile body manufacturing, pouring hole and air outlet hole forming, grouting hole forming, primary pouring, secondary pouring, sealing and construction in sequence, and overcomes the defects in an existing offshore wind power implanted pile foundation technology. The problems of low construction efficiency, high requirements on construction ships and construction sea conditions, complex offshore construction links and high offshore construction cost due to the need of underwater pouring of bottom sealing concrete on an implanted pile on the sea in the prior art are solved, and the problems that the bottom sealing concrete is prefabricated on the land, vertical pouring cannot be achieved due to the long pipe pile, and the construction cost is low are solved. However, internal vibration and the like cannot be carried out by flat pouring, so that the land prefabricated bottom sealing concrete is easy to have the problems that the concrete is not compact and a cavity is formed in the concrete.
一种陆上预制海上风电植入嵌岩桩基础封底混凝土的施工方法,依次采用桩体制作、开浇筑孔和出气孔、开灌浆孔、一次灌注、二次灌注和封闭及施工,克服了现有海上风电植入桩基础技术中的不足,通过将此施工环节进行陆上预制完成,解决了现有技术中需在海上进行植入桩水下浇注封底混凝土,施工工效低,施工船舶及施工海况要求高,海上施工环节复杂以及海上施工成本高的问题,同时解决了陆上预制封底混凝土,由于管桩较长无法做到竖向浇注,而平躺浇注无法进行内部振捣等,易使得陆上预制封底混凝土存在混凝土不密实、内有空腔的问题。
