Foundation bolt precision adjusting device and method
The invention provides a precise adjusting device and method for a foundation bolt. The precise adjusting device comprises a mounting part and four supporting leg assemblies. The installation part is provided with a through hole used for being bolted with a grounding bolt. The four supporting leg assemblies are located at the four corners of the mounting part correspondingly. The supporting leg assembly comprises a fixing piece and a telescopic rod which stretches out and draws back in the Z-axis direction. One end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the mounting part, and the other end is rotationally connected with the fixing piece through a first spherical pair; the mounting part comprises a rectangular frame and a positioning box, and the through hole is formed in the positioning box; the rectangular frame is fixedly connected with the telescopic rods. The positioning box is connected with the rectangular frame through the connecting assembly and moves along with the rectangular frame. The four side edges of the rectangular frame are each provided with a supporting assembly, and the supporting assemblies are located below the positioning box, abut against the positioning box and are used for correcting the inclination degree of the positioning box. The positioning precision of the foundation bolt can be improved, and the method is suitable for non-horizontal plane positioning.
