The invention discloses a positioning and metering method and system for an underground mining carry-scraper. The method comprises the steps that identification information, read by the carry-scraper, of a gauge pile and the time when the identification information of the gauge pile is read are obtained; acquiring position information of a positioning pile corresponding to the identification information; according to the position information, the moving track of the forklift is determined; under the condition that the moving track passes through an ore removal entrance, weight change caused by loading and unloading of minerals on the carry-scraper is obtained; and the minerals conveyed by the carry-scraper are metered according to the weight change. According to the invention, the problem that the actual operation yield of the carry-scraper cannot be measured by adopting a wireless communication technology in the prior art is solved, so that the operation yield of the carry-scraper can be measured.
