Dry digestion and flue gas desulfurization integrated process of quick lime
The invention relates to an integrated process for dry digestion and flue gas desulfurization of quicklime, which realizes integration of dry digestion and flue gas desulfurization of quicklime, and provides a novel process for flue gas desulfurization, which comprises the following specific steps: (1) adding a quicklime raw material into a steam kinetic energy mill main machine through a feeder for crushing; completely digesting CaO in the quick lime into Ca (OH) 2 under the action of supersonic water vapor flow; (2) powder meeting the granularity requirement is separated from the digested material through a grader; (3) feeding the material obtained in the step (2) and steam into a charging hole of a desulfurization tower under the action of a fan; (4) then the flue gas enters a desulfurization tower from the lower part; (5) collecting a final desulfurization product by using a dust remover, recycling and feeding part of collected particles to the steam kinetic energy mill main machine, crushing and digesting together with the new material, and feeding the rest part into a recovery system; and (7) discharging the purified gas through a chimney. The method combines raw material processing and desulfurization processes, adopts automatic operation in the whole process, and has the advantages of low investment, high desulfurization efficiency, simplicity in operation and the like.
