The concrete taking the waste glass as the coarse aggregate obtained by the technical scheme can meet the index requirements on the concrete in the prior art, and by detecting the mechanical properties, chloride ion permeability resistance and scanning electron microscopes of the concrete according to different mixing amounts of glass, the test piece strength is 1.12 times of that of common concrete at most when the mixing amount is 63%; the chloride ion diffusion resistance is also enhanced, and the durability of the concrete is greatly improved. Besides, natural sand resources can be effectively saved through practical popularization of the technical scheme, the pressure of lacking of the natural sand can be greatly relieved by using the glass sand, construction waste is recycled, technical and economic policies related to resource saving and environment protection in China are implemented, and the glass sand is low-carbon and environment-friendly and has great significance and development prospects. In addition, the industrial cost can be further reduced, the cost of concrete per cubic meter is reduced, and huge economic benefits are brought to enterprises.
本技术方案所得的以废弃玻璃为粗骨料的混凝土能够满足现有技术中对于混凝土的指标要求,通过不同玻璃的掺量对混凝土力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性和扫描电镜的检测,我们得知掺量在63%时试件强度最高是普通混凝土的1.12倍,抗氯离子扩散性也有所增强,大大提高了混凝土的耐久性。此外,本技术方案的实用推广能够有效地节约天然砂资源:使用玻璃砂可以大大缓解天然砂医乏的压力,不仅将建筑垃圾资源化再利用,也是贯彻执行国家有关节约资源、保护环境的技术经济政策,并且低碳环保,具有重大意义和发展前景。此外,还能够进一步地降低行业成本:降低了单方混凝土的成本,给企业带来了巨大的经济效益。
