The invention discloses a preparation process of microcrystalline glass aggregate concrete, which comprises the following steps: (1) crushing microcrystalline glass into coarse aggregate, and then putting the coarse aggregate into alkali liquor for activating treatment; and washing the obtained coarse aggregate, mixing the coarse aggregate with saturated lime water, and carrying out a hydrothermal reaction. And (2) calcining the coarse aggregate obtained after the hydrothermal reaction is completed, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the pretreated microcrystalline glass coarse aggregate. And (3) taking 415-490 parts by weight of the pretreated microcrystalline glass coarse aggregate, 170-200 parts by weight of Portland cement, 535-620 parts by weight of river sand, 20-30 parts by weight of an inorganic filler and 2.7-4 parts by weight of a water reducing agent, wherein the water-cement ratio is 0.40-0.44. The raw materials are mixed and uniformly stirred to obtain the microcrystalline glass aggregate concrete. By adopting the pretreated microcrystalline glass aggregate, the problem that the mechanical property of the concrete is degraded due to a bleeding phenomenon is effectively solved.
本发明公开一种微晶玻璃骨料混凝土的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)将微晶玻璃破碎成粗骨料,然后将该粗骨料置于碱液中进行活化处理。完成后将所得粗骨料洗涤后与饱和石灰水混合,然后进行水热反应。(2)将水热反应完成后所得粗骨料进行煅烧处理,完成后冷却至室温,即得预处理微晶玻璃粗骨料。(3)取所述预处理微晶玻璃粗骨料415~490重量份、硅酸盐水泥170~200重量份、河沙535~620重量份、无机填料20~30重量份、减水剂2.7~4重量份,水灰比为0.40~0.44。将上述原料混合后拌和均匀,即得微晶玻璃骨料混凝土。本发明采用预处理后的微晶玻璃骨料有效克服了泌水现象造成的混凝土力学性能劣化的问题。
