Manufacturing process of light acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant castable
The invention discloses a light acid-resistant corrosion-resistant castable manufacturing process which comprises the following raw materials: 70-100 parts of high-aluminum light aggregate, 1-5 parts of fine aluminate cement particles, 8-30 parts of coarse aluminate cement particles, 5-10 parts of ceramsite, 8-15 parts of expanded and vitrified microbead particles, 2-5 parts of aluminum silicate fiber, 2-5 parts of sisal fiber and 2-5 parts of basalt fiber. 8-15 parts of liquid water-soluble epoxy resin; comprising the following steps: S1, screening out aluminate cement with the particle size of 1-2 microns and aluminate cement with the particle size of 8-20 microns; the casting material has the advantages that the aluminum silicate fibers, the sisal fibers, the basalt fibers and the expanded and vitrified small ball particles are used in cooperation, so that the casting material is lighter and better in high-temperature-resistant effect, the basalt fibers have a good anti-corrosion effect, and meanwhile under cooperation of the liquid water-soluble epoxy resin, the corrosion resistance of the casting material is improved. The anti-corrosion effect of the light pouring material is further improved.
