The invention discloses a slag-corrosion-resistant iron runner castable production process which comprises the following steps: A) respectively screening crushed waste iron runner castable, mullite, brown fused alumina, iron slag and copper slag through a vibrating screen to obtain the waste iron runner castable with the particle size of 6-8mm, mullite with the particle size of 1-3mm, brown fused alumina with the particle size of 4-6mm, iron slag with the particle size of 0.5-1mm and copper slag with the particle size of 1-2mm for later use; the vibrating screen comprises a rotating mechanism, two screening mechanisms and a vibrating mechanism, the screening mechanisms are arranged on the rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism drives the screening mechanisms to alternately enter the position below the vibrating mechanism, and the vibrating mechanism is detachably and fixedly connected with the corresponding screening mechanisms. The vibration mechanism comprises a shell, a material pipe, a material receiving hopper, a material guiding mechanism, a plurality of fixing mechanisms, at least one vibrator and a plurality of material outlets, and compared with the prior art, the slag corrosion resistance and the molten iron scouring resistance can be improved, and the material particle uniformity is improved.
